1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Heavens Holding Haven Inc. (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Heavens Holding Haven Inc. provides consulting, leasing, and asset protection services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by applicable law.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavens Holding Haven Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Heavens Holding Haven Inc. remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
